Doug Little
Chairman

Doug serves as the Field Director of the Free Will Baptist Foundation, involved in music ministry at the Donelson Fellowship and the Ashland City Free Will Baptist Church. Doug, along with his wife Joyce, lives in the Nashville, TN, area. They have a daughter, Rachel, and a grandson, Grant. Doug enjoys home landscaping and spending time with his family.

Kevin Justice
Commission Member

Kevin serves as the Pastor of Worship and Administration at Unity Free Will Baptist Church in Greenville, NC, and has served there for 20 years. Kevin, and his wife Sheila, have 4 children. Blake (Married to Emily), Brandon (Married to Liz and father to Greyson), Tyler, and Lauren. In Kevin’s spare time he enjoys officiating for Baseball, Basketball, and Volleyball.

Bryan Hughes

Bryan has served as the Worship Pastor at Peace Church in Wilson, NC, since 2015. Bryan, and his wife Michaellynn, have 3 children, Bryce, Brant, and Melia. Bryan enjoys spending time with his family, camping, hiking, and biking.

Sam Harris
Commission Member
Sam serves as the Minister of Music and Media at Parkers Chapel Free Will Baptist Church in Greenville, NC, and has served there since 1991. Sam and his wife Anne have 3 children, Preston (Married to Heather), Danielle, and Nathan. Sam enjoys restoring jukeboxes, player pianos, and various other music machines. He also enjoys playing music on non-traditional instruments such as the Hand Saw, Theremin, Spoons, and Crystal glasses.

Daniel Webster
Commission Member

Daniel serves as Director of Enrollment and Instructor of Music & Theology at Welch College. He also serves as the Associate Pastor for Worship and Music at Immanuel Free Will Baptist Church in Gallatin, Tennessee where he and his wife, Kimberly, reside with their three children. Daniel enjoys DIY projects, yard work, writing, and researching early Christian hymns.
